Storm IQ/U Urethane 15lbs

Urethane does something no reactive ball can: it holds a line. The IQ urethane puts Storm’s Control 78 Solid Urethane cover on the C3 Centripetal Control core at a 500 grit finish, and the result is about control rather than raw hook.

At 15 lbs the C3 core reads a 2.49 RG with a low .029 differential, so flare is minimal by design. Urethane grips the front of the lane immediately but never stores energy the way reactive resin does, which means the ball reads early and arcs gently instead of making a hard move at the breakpoint. That predictability is exactly why urethane has become a staple on short patterns, on burnt-up house shots, and for players who need to control the pocket rather than swing the lane. Note this listing is a single 15 lb ball.
