The Alpha Crux brings back one of Storm’s best known asymmetric shapes. The Catalyst core sits under a GI-26 reactive cover sanded to 2000 grit, and the whole package is built to handle medium to heavy volume without needing a perfect shot.

At 15 lbs it reads a 2.48 RG, a .053 differential and a .018 intermediate differential. That is a low RG paired with plenty of differential, so the ball revs early and flares hard, while the strong intermediate differential gives the Catalyst core a well defined preferred spin axis for your driller to work with. The sanded cover reads the midlane decisively and rolls through the pins with continuation rather than jumping off the spot. If you want one asymmetric that covers the fresh-to-transition window on a house shot, this is a very safe answer.
